Ozone Generator for Ozone Therapy MOP0.6-AD
Ozone Therapy Generator with Built-in Suction Pump and Destructor (2-95 ug/mL)
Introducing the MOP0.6-AD, a cutting-edge ozone generator designed to deliver precise and ultra-pure ozone therapy. Utilizing patented Double Walls of Pure Quartz Electrode technology, this device ensures unmatched accuracy in ozone concentration, offering a reliable and versatile solution for therapeutic applications.
Why the MOP0.6-AD Stands Out:
At the core of the MOP0.6-AD is the exclusive Double Quartz Electrode system, a breakthrough that guarantees pure oxygen/ozone gas without contamination from metal, plastic, rubber, or glues. Quartz is the only material used in the ozone generation zone, renowned for its high resistance, with a softening point of 1670°C. This ensures the production of ultra-pure ozone, providing you with safe, effective, and stable therapeutic results.
Key Features:
- Double Quartz Electrode Technology: The patented double-wall quartz electrode creates medical-grade ozone gas, setting a new standard for therapeutic ozone applications.
- Ozone-Resistant Components: Every component is designed to withstand ozone, ensuring strength and durability.
- Adjustable Ozone Concentration: With an output range of 2-95 ug/mL, this generator allows precise adjustment for a variety of therapeutic needs.
- VC Meter with Adjustment Knob: Easily control ozone output using the integrated power (VC) meter and adjusting knob, ensuring precise ozone concentrations.
- Built-in Ozone Destructor: Equipped with two powerful ozone destructors, the device safely eliminates excess ozone, ensuring long-term usage and safety.
- Integrated Vacuum Pump: Designed for blood treatment and other applications, the built-in pump operates with 0.07 Mpa pressure for optimal performance.
What’s Included:
- Power adapter
- 3-way connector
- 3 male Luer connectors
- 1.5m silicone tubing
- Stone bubbler
Oxygen Source Requirements:
The MOP0.6-AD requires an external oxygen source, as it cannot operate without it. We recommend two options:
- Oxygen Concentrator: Ideal for long-term use, though it comes with a higher cost.
- Oxygen Tank Rental: A more budget-friendly option for those exploring ozone therapy. You can rent industrial or medical-grade oxygen cylinders from local providers like BOC.
For industrial tanks, a Bullnose Pediatric Oxygen Regulator is necessary. If using the Philips Oxygen Concentrator, you may need a low-flow pediatric regulator for flow rates below 1 liter. The White Oxygen Concentrator doesn’t require a regulator as it supports flow rates from 0.1-1L, and medical tanks from BOC also don’t need additional regulation.
In order to use the ozone generator you’ll need to have an oxygen source as it can not work without it. The easiest to use is oxygen concentrator which you buy and keep for as long you need it but it comes with a higher price tag. If you prefer to spend less or you are not sure if you going to continue with the therapy you might want to rent an oxygen tank. There might be lots of local gas providers around where you live. The most popular is BOC. You can rent a industrail cylinder or medical one (if you have a prescription). If you decide to go with the industrial one you will need a Bullnose Pediatric Oxygen Regulator. If you decide to go with Philips oxygen concentrator you might need a low flow pediatric regulator (for when you need the flow to be below one liter). The white oxygen concentrator flow is from 0.1-1l so it doesn’t require the regulator, also medical tank from BOC doesn’t need one.
WARNING:
DO NOT BREATHE IN OZONE!
When inhaled, ozone can damage the lungs. Relatively low amounts can cause chest pain, coughing, shortness of breath and throat irritation. Do not use it around pets and plants.
Always use a one way valve when ozonating water or oil to prevent the liquid to travel back to the generator.
